Optimum level
Their story
Several years ago, Optimum Level founder, Sheila, had cumulated experience training college students, athletes, and helping anyone who aimed at getting fit, toned or that wanted to lose weight reach their goals. She built a reputation as one of the top and most reliable personal trainers in Canada. With that knowledge and baggage in mind the next step in her career was to focus on specific areas surrounding personal training such as creating tailored meal plans and helping her clients with motivation and accountability. After travelling for vacations, the idea sparked in her mind : to give people guidelines for improving their fitness goals and nutrition habits.
That's how the 6 week challenge was born! From then on it was a matter of fine tuning these guidelines into a cohesive structure anyone could follow.
Our implication
The founder of the Elevate Collective, Leo, went through the 6 week challenge himself and noted a strong sense of community that provided the motivation needed to achieve fitness goals and had the added benefit of improving every day eating habits. One thing was missing though : an online tool that could make things easier for Optimum Level to track their client's progression and better communicate the Challenge guidelines and follow-ups.
From a travel plan a business idea was born, and from this life improving challenge the brand potential of Optimum Level became clear to us, and so we decided to work in close collaboration with them to deliver the online tool they needed.
Optimum Level now
Having worked in gyms in Toronto, Montreal, and now living in Miami, Sheila gathered am international clientele composed of sports teams, professional and aspiring athletes, injury recovery patients, as well as improving mobility for the elderly clientele. Personal training offered both in person and online through our platform improved the lives of over one thousand people spread in at least 5 different countries.
